Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Personalized planners require an additional 1–2 business days of processing.
Print-on-demand items:
Produced after purchase and typically ship within 2–5 business days, plus transit time.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders begin processing quickly.
Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
Personalized and print-on-demand orders cannot be changed after submission.

My package says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it — what should I do?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
