Planner Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
The planner must be unused
In original condition
Returned within 7 days of delivery
To initiate a return, please email info@getzenaf.co with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized Planners
All personalized planners are final sale.
Because personalized items are custom-made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your planner arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Preorders
Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase.
Estimated ship dates for preorders are provided on the product page and may be subject to change due to production or fulfillment factors. We will keep you informed of any significant updates.
Preorder purchases follow the same return and personalization policies outlined above.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
