At Get Zen AF, we ship with care and intention. This policy outlines how shipping works for in-stock items and pre-order items, so you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time (In-Stock Items)
All in-stock physical product orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there’s a meaningful delay, we’ll communicate it clearly.
Pre-Order Items (IMPORTANT)
Some Get Zen AF products — including the Zen AF Wellness Planner — may be offered as pre-orders.
What a Pre-Order Means
When you place a pre-order:

You are purchasing an item that is not yet in stock

Your payment is collected at the time of purchase

Your order will ship on or around the estimated ship date listed on the product page
Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and may shift slightly due to production, fulfillment, or shipping factors. If timelines change significantly, we’ll notify you by email.
Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items ship once inventory is received and processing begins

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may ship together unless otherwise stated
Pre-Orders & Cancellations
Because pre-orders are used to plan production and inventory:

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Issues, Delays & Lost Packages
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Get Zen AF is not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Digital products, downloads, and app access are delivered electronically and are not shipped. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details.
