Physical Products (Zen AF Wellness Planner & Merchandise)

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened physical products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return is approved, instructions for shipping the item back will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right.


Digital Products & App Access

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital downloads, audio content, and app subscriptions are non-refundable

  • Once access is granted, we are unable to offer returns or refunds

If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please reach out — we’re happy to help troubleshoot.


Coaching, Sessions & Programs

All coaching sessions, audits, programs, and digital experiences are final sale.

Because these offerings involve time, energy, and reserved capacity, no refunds or transfers are available once a purchase is made.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
